Mindrift is looking for domain experts from Mathematics and Physics to Engineering and Sciences.

What you’ll do

As an AI Tutor, you’ll apply your scientific and technical knowledge to train AI models. You’ll be shaping how AI learns to reason, solve problems, and communicate with precision.

Your tasks may include:

• Creating prompts that challenge AI
• Defining scoring criteria to evaluate AI accuracy
• Reviewing and refining AI-generated responses with your expertise
• Collaborating with QA Specialists to maintain high standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant STEM discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Earth Science, Electrical/Automotive Engineering)
• 3+ years of professional experience (or 6+ with Bachelor’s degree in some domains)
• Advanced English (C1 or above)
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and switch between topics quickly
• Laptop, internet connection, and time available to contribute
