Milestones reassurance

Messaging from the 2am club. My baby is 11 weeks actual today, 4 weeks adjusted (born at 33+0). He is a reciprocal IVF baby, so we know exactly when he was conceived - the reason this is relevant, is he was a Big Boi at birth (90+ percentile basically across the board). He’s just over 11lbs now at 11 weeks, so looks like he’s his actual age. My question… He’s not smiling yet. And I’m freaking out because when people meet him, I’m so scared they’ll think there’s something “wrong”. He can hold his head up and change direction in tummy time, is tracking appropriately from what I can tell, but no smiles yet. I know that I need to use his adjusted age and this is all anxiety. I think I’m just looking for some reassurance that others have been there and that he’l be okay. I am quite scared of him having developmental delays 😞
