I Feel Like Restorative Locket Is Underrated

Like, sure 320 heal at max stacks doesn't sound good later in the game, but that 2 stamina refresh is really good in my experience. I had this thought because I played Drifter and was really pissed against a Geist and Ivy in lane, so I went fuck it, let's buy locket as they just love to spam abilities. And through this I found that it's a really good tool for both chasing and fleeing, as well as activating the dash jump items like Kinetic Dash. What do you guys think?

I'm placed in Initiate to Arcanist games, so maybe it's just underused in lower ranks.
