What do folks do after the CPO warranty expires?

Hey all!

Am looking to get a 2022 CPO and based on my driving habits, I'll be able to drive it for the next 3 years under the CPO warranty.

After the warranty expires, what do folks do?

As far as I understand, I can't purchase the extended warranty after the CPO warranty expires because it will be past the 4 year new vehicle warranty period.

I am using cash and plan to keep the vehicle for as long as possible.

Based in Canada FYI.
