Mazda MX-5 ND 2024 153hp?

Basically title is the question - just got my Miata from Japanese import and it has 153hp instead of 184hp expected. Couldn't find any information about this in the internet, thus asking here. Any ideas how is it possible? How can I check if such trims exist for Japan? Is there a chance to reprogram the engine?
