Ep.3. Theories. Red Button.

I enjoyed that episode the most out of the three that have dropped. If you’re complaining that you were disappointed because there was no big reveal or the red button wasn’t pushed, honestly you only have yourself to blame. Not one person who is reliable told you that any of that shit was happening. You got all your info from outsiders, fake insiders and theory makers. And even if you believed anyone that is partially reliable, then it’s on you, none of them are in the inner circle. Also it’s worth mentioning things change, the streams are happening in real time. They’re not pre recorded. But if it makes you feel better, you weren’t the only ones to be baited into thinking something big was going to happen. Why do you think the bieber album was delayed.

The artistic direction was top tier in this episode. To me it felt like the most engaging one so far. We just don’t know what the end goal is with these episodes and honestly that’s fine. It’s all part of a roll out. To what? The album? An actual reveal? We’ll find out. There’s a lot of symbolism to break down.

For what it’s worth, I don’t think any of these songs are making the album. This seems like stuff he’s been playing around with. And I’m not saying that because I’m disappointed in any of the songs he previewed last night. The beats that were played were absolutely fire.

The issue surrounding this episode is the people that got their hopes up about something that was never told to the fans directly from Drake or anyone in his inner circle. You got gassed up by Twitter pages. If you take the theories for what they are, which is theories, your expectations would be a lot lower and you’d enjoy it for what it is. We don’t know what the end goal is with these streams but I’m certain we’ll find out. There’s a lot to break down in the latest episode but again it’s just going to result in fan theories but it’s on you if you choose to take these as factual.

I think the only thing I’m disappointed in is, there wasn’t a song where he was just barring. I’m sure there’s going to be at least one more episode. It wouldn’t make sense for all this Pinocchio stuff to end where it did.
