How long will it take for pregabalin to build tolerance?

I also take clonazepam with it and sometimes baclofen. I feel like I already have tolerance for everything as I am already on psych meds. Can someone suggest me proper way to wean it all and just be on psych meds that are clozapine, lithium and aripiprazole but I fucking hate the psych meds I can’t even feel anything on two beers.
