Traction pad won’t stick to board !?

Hello all,

I’ve recently bought a hayden shapes untitled v2 (future flex, brand new), i applied a traction pad to it right away - left it for a week before surfing it. First surf i had with it, it started to peel off at the kicker. I ripped it off and been surfing without one for a month now.

I recently bought another pad and applied it to the board, cleaned it perfectly and heated the board up aswell before sticking it on. Left it for 5 days before surfing it. Went for a surf today and one whole side ripped off and the other side peeled halfway up.

Wondering if anyone had any problems with traction pads and future flex boards or any ideas on why a traction for some reason cannot stick to this damn board. don’t want to buy a third and for it to rip off 😕
