Can I quit breastfeeding?

My baby is 13 months old and I have been struggling mentally because of my acne that needs medication not compatible with breastfeeding. I feel like I can not bond with her, I can't be really happy or be with her fully because my mind is always in this subject and it just broke me... Was this enough? Can I quit on the weekend? Will she suffer? Is this okay? Help.
