HELP! IB ACIO AND CGL EXAM DATES CLASH

Hello! My IB ACIO and CGL dates are clashing, as both are on 17th September. Is there a solution by which the dates of either exam can be changed by sending a grievance or via email? If possible, please help me out. Thank you!
