Order-Based Sales

I’m just looking for clarification on something. The second round of 5th anniversary merch is out and I’m wondering if oder-based sales means that it won’t instantly sell out like last time. I live in America with the crazy $80 shipping fee that’s happening right now and I’m wondering if I can wait a little bit to see if that situation settles or if I should jump on it and get what I want. On that topic is the profile of Mona Lisa limited edition also order-based or does that have a chance of selling out before preorders end?
