my bf working conditions

context: my bf bachelors in FM, currently working in a local company, not really small pero sister company siya. 1 year and 2 mos na siya and I told him to change / explore other job. Accounting Assistant siya dun pero more on payroll side, 17k fixed no allowances etc. minus pa yung govt deductions lumalaki lang minsan if mag ot siya during month end, nagiging 18-19k/month pero grabe naman OT. Ang red flag lang kasi nung mga panahon na bumabagyo, nag wowork sila from home pero pinapa-file as LEAVE. Like nauubos yung leave credits niya pero nagwo-work pa rin??

Pinipilit ko siya lumipat job to explore ganun ba to experience better, sabi niya ayaw niya pa raw kasi gusto niya ma-“master” yung process nila. nire-refer na siya mga kilala ko sa Citi, Google & some intl company pero ayaw niya since comfortable daw siya. Pero kasi for me, 17k niya is not enough talaga lalo na Makati pa yung work niya. Nalulungkot lang ako for him kasi sakto lang salary niya sa needs and sometimes wants niya. And I want him to experience other work environment/ good company.

Can someone pls share tips/something na pwede ko gawin to convince him lumipat sa ibang company? Am I being selfish na gf if pati job/careen niya pinapansin ko? ps: i don’t benefit any monetary sakanya since I can provide for myself, sometimes I pay our bills without him knowing.
