ESC died? Need help please

Yo guys,

I've crashed hard recently and I bend one if my motor, which I swapped fot new one, but as I plugged in FC to betaflight motors tab shows E100%, I watched Joshua Bardwells video telling that ESC is 99% dead but my question is if anyone had the same problem and fixed it without replacing the whole AIO FC. I've checked all the cables and connections and everything is fine. Drone even connect to the vtx after being connected to the battery but no beeps and no life yet in motors.

I have Cinelog 30 V3
