how to cure gingivitis?

i have braces and recently nagswollen yung gums ko in between the upper second and third molar, i think i have gingivitis. may super small plaque buildup sya sa buccal surface ko and natanggal ko naman sya. if possible, i want to cure it sana at home nalang huhu. i admit na sometimes i don’t brush my teeth properly cause medj mahirap sya ibrush ang hirap nya ireach sometimes, pero lesson learned haha.

if i brush my teeth properly, floss, then use orahex moutwash po, can it be cured na? i think it’s mild lang pa lang naman there’s no bleeding kapag nagttoothbrush ako and hindi ako hirap mag eat, medj malaki lang yung bukol/pagka-swollen nung gums ko sa labial surface. thank yoh po
