How many seeds per pod?

Google says each pod has about 500 seeds, but that sounds way too much? If its true im gonna have 35 000 in total from my plants this summer😭what the hell am i suppossed to do with all that, theyre invasive in my country so i cant exactly plant them in my yard id get arrested by the county board. Can i make the seeds into something fun like oil or a potentiated powder?
