I HAVE to do something about these Adderall migraines

From ER adderall specifically. Vyvanse is my miracle medication, however, I'm all out and also I'm in between psychiatrists. I have some leftover ER from when I was taking it. It works fine in terms of helping with my executive dysfunction - but the migraines I get from it are debilitating which kind of makes it useless to me. I do make sure to thoroughly hydrate and eat beforehand, so that's not the cause of this symptom.

I'm desperate to try any tips you have for me, please recommend what you know.
