Help Needed: Rental Property Seekers Wanting to Complete a Short List of Questions

Hi everyone,

We are a small group of students in Groningen doing research on the local rental housing markets in different cities. We notice ourselves how difficult it can be to find a room or apartment here, and we’re curious about what problems other house hunters run into and what people actually need. To get a better understanding, we made a short list with questions(it only takes about 2 minutes to fill in). Your answers would help us a lot and give us a clearer picture of the situation.
