One cartridge on Lexmark CX331adwe ?

Hi ! I'm about to get a Lexmark CX331adwe printer and so I need to buy ink cartridges... Very expensive cartridges :/

So for now I wanted to buy only a black one. Would the printer work with only this cartridge ?

Thank you !
