Lost my Expediation Reward!

I was stupid, trying to be smart! Since we only got 1 deadeye cannon I was trying to dupe it in my ship on a spacestation. This was a fresh start character with no benefits it felt like everything was earned. But I didnt trust the buggy corvette system and wanted deadeye backup. But because you cant pick up portable refiners on a corvette, I had to delete it. I expected the deadeye to be returned to me but it vanished. Then I did stupid mistake number 2! In hindsight I should have restored save but instead I flew into the anomaly to check if vender had the rewards. He didn't! since I claimed all the rewards, That was probably mistake number 3. Anyway, I feel like quitting now even though i have other saves that can get the cannon. Anyway to re-get the blueprint?
