Can't access my account despite best efforts

A few months ago, I've got hacked despite having very secure password. After I found out, I tried contacting Reddit support not one, and not two, but three times, all of which neither answered, nor showed up under Reddit help>my activities. Then I tried to reset my password as a last ditch effort and my account was there for some reason, despite not being there when I first tried it. I've reset my password a few times, and STILL can't log in. I've sent another ticket about the situation, same story as the previous ones. What can I do next?
