Projector for bright living room?

I've been looking into projektors for a couple of weeks now and i'm curious if there is a projektor or maybe some advise to aide me in my hunt.

The setting: I'm moving to a new apartment with a 20-25 m2 living room, relatively bright but not in direct sunlight. I want to avoid having a huge tv hanging on the wall, but i still would like to watch a mid day movie in the weekends. I'm thinking that I will need a screen, but looking for a new projector is more complicated.

So far I have gathered that I need a projector with atleast 450 ansi lumens. And that there seems to be a lot of "Chinese scam projectors" in the market, making it very difficult to navigate, that is why I'm asking your help.
