Visitor's Visa

Hello everyone. So Me, my Mom and my Uncle had submitted our Visa applications together through an Agency from India to visit Canada, by providing accurate and timely details as advised. We got our biometrics completed from Bengaluru VFS Office on July 9. But, there has been no update regarding it and even the agency has tried to follow-up up but nothing. We have booked the tickets on Sept 15 to go to Canada for a month to attend a Wedding. But now, we are tensed and clueless and in constant dilemma if it'd surpass the 58 days processing time as IRCC has mentioned. Because honestly, it's been more than that.
