How do I get better with punishment?

I don’t think I need punishment training since I know most of the punishable moves im dealing with. It’s just that in a game I usually forget to punish until after the move recovered. I think it’s a big part of why I’m losing right now.

I’m also really bad at ducking strings, so I lose to people spamming stuff like Lidia 32 or Leo 324
