Erewhon in Lawrence?

Recently was in LA at my dad’s second home and they have this place called “erewhon” which is kind of like an upscale Starbucks but not really. Anyways, I’ll be in town for the school year and was wondering if there’s any town chatter regarding an Erewhon opening up around here??
