Radio New Vegas rarity

Sometimes I like to open up a new save and kill everything in the game just for the hell of it. Let’s not talk about that 😭 However, during one of my ‘annihilation’ playthroughs, I noticed that Mr. New Vegas mentioned a “bovine killer” after a bunch of Brahmin died. It was the only time I’d ever heard that sound bite, as I don’t usually kill animals in game. I haven’t heard it before or since and was wondering if anyone else had ever encountered it??
