How long to hear back about mute appeal?

Got muted apparently on my account back in 05/06 for “website advertising”, not sure what happened but I’ve changed my password since then. Thought the mute only applied to my RS3 account and recently started an OSRS account and have since put a decent amount of time into it only to realize just recently while trying the shield of arrov quest that the mute was jagex-account wide (yes this whole time until then i thought everyone was either bots or ignoring me). I tried submitting an appeal a few weeks back and havent heard anything yet. Anyone know how long it usually takes or have any tips for getting ahold of support?
