hosts of mordor upgrade

Looking for suggestions for hosts of mordor upgrade with [[Sauron, the dark lord]] as commander and the theme of reanimate and ammasing huge orc army, idk if those themes are both possible on the same deck and the deck remaining consistent tho. Key points of the build is i want to make it consistent and viable at around low to mid bracket 3 lvl.
