Clarification on the new rule?
For the new rules, can we get clarification on your threshold for “damn good evidence”. I am guessing personal anecdotes might not meet this threshold (eg I saw a [insert race] person do XYZ).
What about articles from printed media (eg CBC)? Or articles from tabloid websites or published opinion pieces Toronto Star?
Just want to understand the litmus test for “damn good evidence”.
