Difficult Content/Raids

I feel like getting into difficult content and finding genuinely patient teaching groups is such a struggle. In past seasons I’ve grinded GMs and other endgame stuff, but this season I’ve played less and I’m only around 200 power, which is too low for that content. I’ve really been wanting to clear raids I’m unfamiliar with, but Fireteam Finder feels borderline impossible for this — people see my power and kick me, and the Destiny Discord is flooded with KWTD posts. On the rare occasion I do find a teaching group, after 5 or 6 wipes someone usually gives up and it all falls apart from there.

What do you guys recommend for someone who wants to actually learn new content and raids?
