Sildenafil (Viagra)?

I just purchased the above today to treat Peyronie’s related ED. I have atypical curvature to the left and a sort of half hourglass/hinge deformity (acute phase ~6 months).

I had to answer a questionnaire to be given the medication and the pharmacist was happy to give me it, but the back of the packet says not to take with “a deformed penis” and the NHS guidelines are similar. What experience do people have with similar situations/medications?
