4 on 4 denture
I started the four on four process the beginning of January this year. After the anchors were installed, my dentist put in a set of temps that were grossly too large. Buck teeth so huge I couldn’t even close my lips together. All I did was cry and I couldn’t leave the house. One month later he was able to make me a new set of temps. These temps have a gross amount of gums showing, a huge overbite. Still, they sit crooked in my mouth, I have no resting gap, and the teeth hang down too long. In month three of this process, I found out that he left the office I was having this procedure done at and started his own business. no one at the office. No one let me know that he had left two months prior. I have a horrible history with dentists and have off the charts anxiety. I feel knowing all about my history, knowing he was leaving, this procedure should’ve never been offered to me. What was supposed to be a six month procedure is now in its ninth month and I am only minimally ahead of where I was eight months ago. I have to drive 30 minutes further to his office. I don’t want to continue. I want this all to stop and I want my original denture put back in. I feel that nothing will ever match my wonderful denture that I wore for 25 years. I don’t think he’s ever gonna be able to get this to match my original I feel like if I ask to put a stop to this procedure that’s gone on, way too long, unsuccessfully, I will be charged for the balance, which I don’t want to pay for because everything looks awful. Do I have any options?
