harness to keep plug in place

I have a few different sized glass plugs and dialators. The plug bases are a bit small for comfort so i worry about them getting swallowed if i'm not careful, and the dilators are just straight rods with a small base.

is there a way to make an adjustable harness or one on the market that could hold everything from going in too far or falling out?
