Theory on the cause of ps5 “insufficient space” bug

So this finally happened to me after being fine since console launch, and it happened two days in a row. Normally I close the game before I put my ps5 into rest mode, but for whatever reason I did rest mode while in my Operations stash the last two times and got the bug and had to reinstall.

Could that possibly be causing it? I’m going to make sure I close out of the game every time now. Will see if it happens again!
