Are airport cabs available in Bangalore at 4 am

Hi, I have a flight from Bangalore airport at 8:50 am. I’ll need to leave around 4 am — are airport cabs (Ola/Uber/Rapido etc.) usually available at that time. I cannot take bus because I have luggage and fear going bus stop at night.
