Ongoing Issues With Electronics and Settings

I am having some frustrating issues with the car - but my local dealer wants the car for multiple days just to do any diagnosis which is ridiculous.

Hopefully the experts here can guide me:

1. side view mirrors - they have been set with driver 1 multiple times, but when I get into the car, the seat goes into the memory position, and the mirrors go into some other random position unless I hold the driver 1 button until everything goes to the correct position. Also pressing driver 1 does not do anything, I need to hold it down until everything goes into position. I've reset the mirrors and reset driver 1 multiple times without it fixing the problem

2. driver 1 vs 2 - I added a driver 2 setting for my spouse, but now when I get into the car, it automatically goes to driver 2, instead of driver 1. It's the same key fob. I need to quickly press and hold driver 1 until the seat goes to my position. Is there a way to create a priority for driver 1 since I'm driving 99% of the time?

3. PIN code - more of an annoyance than anything, but is there a way to remove the requirement for a PIN code every time I start the car with my profile?

Other than this, the car is almost perfect and one of the best, if not the best cars I've ever driven
