Northeast Regional delays

I am currently standing here at South Station in Boston waiting for my 11:40 train to arrive and it’s past 1 o’clock. They’re saying it’s communication issues but I haven’t seen anything else. Are trains stuck on route to Boston? Does anyone know what’s going on?
