TAMP Tricare?

Who do I talk to about fixing my insurance?

I recently separated from Active to Reserves and I am supposed to get TAMP (basically Tricare prime for 6 months for transition) but I have zero insurance currently because someone didn't file something right, somewhere. Tricare says update DEERS, DEERS says I AM updated and to contact Tricare. And that's the circle of events that has happened a dozen times. In true AF fashion, no one can help.

So who do I call? TIA!
