Did I goof with tickets?

So on Friday I got the sms to complete registration, did that and got the message saying check your emails for the next bit but I haven't had an email yet... Is that usual? Just worried in case the fact that I was in Italy at the time (I live in the UK and want to see them in London) might have messed something up somehow I don't know.
