Anybody unemployed? How do you keep yourself busy

I'm back in the gym lately but I don't wanna push too much you guys don't know how lonely is my life like I don't talk to anyone, nobody that keeps me busy. I'm writing on my diary almost everyday just to let out and I take long walks because it helps me to stay around others but it's lonely. There's no escape, guess a bunch of guys work and have friends while me I fucked my whole life isolated and maybe undiagnosed with autism
