What is the point of not listing obvious damage??

Do they think they’re gonna get away with it?

The amount of times I’ve purchased an item in “like new condition” no tears, no rips, no holes, nothing bad lasted. Pictures show the item in almost perfect condition. Then you get it & there’s a bunch of tears & holes??

Just bought a new pair of boots I was so excited for, I found them for cheaper on another website but since I had already been talking to the seller I decided to purchase from her. Got them today & there’s a huge hole in the leather on the side. No mention of it anywhere on the listing.

Now I have to package them & ship them back to her. Like what’s the deal with people doing this?? 😭
