Disgust inspired

I want to do a disgust inspired DS and I’m legit struggling! I want to show her some love. I saw an amazing submission here a day or 2 ago which led me to the idea. But I have no idea where to do it, how the tags would look, I could go on and on. For anyone who’s done her what have you guys done and where?? I’ve even looked on dreamersportal too. I am just beyond stumped.
