my mom tried to send me to one of the worst mental hospitals in the state

I'm 14M now. This happened when I was 11.

When I was in 6th grade I acted really bad to my mom because she was abusive. I also had a lot of bullying going on at school and had terrible mental health. When I got mad I would yell and hit things.

When she asked me why I was acting like that, I said it was because she's mean to me and I'm being bullied at school and at home. She said she's not mean to me. She was emotionally abusive and I hated being around her.

One day when I was hanging out with my brother, my mom texted me to come to her room. I went to her room and she asked me if I knew what these two things were. (They were the names of mental hospitals, I just didn't know it at that time.)

When I said I didn't know what they were, she asked me what I thought they were. I said that they sounded like an 80s show or a band.

When I went back to my brother, I got on my phone and googled the names that she told me. They came up, and they were both mental hospitals in my state.

I knew what mental hospitals were, and I had also heard how terrible some could be, so I looked at the reviews in case she would actually send me there.

The first one had three stars. The second one had 2. I did more research into the second one and apparently it's one of the worst mental hospitals in my state. (That is still open)

The one that was really bad apparently had a kidnapping case happen at it. And my mom wanted to send me there.

The ironic thing is, 2 years after that, my deadbeat mother got sent to one of the hospitals she mentioned (not the bad one, tho) but was only kept there for 5 days.
