Help doing hard factory reset on NVR

We bought a model house with a CCTV camera from the builder as part of the sale. I didn’t setup it up after they gave us the keys and currently trying to a hard reset because there is still account associated to it.

The NVR details is a Capture Advance NVR4C2TB model but I could not find a reset button around and inside the box. I need help from this community. Thanks!
