Trying to update my old modded Switch to play SIlksong!

I have a Switch i modded several months ago and need help updating it in order to run SIlksong and new games! Apparently i was on version 19.0.1 and the associated atmos and hekate versions up to date at the time.... I followed an update guide online but my version is still 19.0.1? I have the most current atmos and hekate available but used the guide linked below and I am guessing i didnt actually upated the main firmware itself only the mods surrounding it? what should I do?
