Installed new GPU. PC made clicking sounds now won’t turn on

As the title states I just picked up a new GPU (9070xt) and installed it into my PC. When I went to power it on the pc made a clicking sound and then didn’t turn on. I removed the GPU to see maybe if that was the problem and now the pc won’t turn on at all. I have no clue what happened
