As a solo living girly, how do you cope with possible stalkers?

If you are pansinin like me, how do you mentally cope and what are your strategies if someone tries to follow you to your condo/if one of your neighbor makes you uncomfortable/if some neighbors stare at you for a bit longer (wouldve been less creepy if they tried to actually start a convo?) when you pass by them (im relatively new). Would love to know your thoughts.

Already have ways how to go about it, but interested to hear how other women deal with this. Thank you!
