Playing again after 1.5 years

I stopped playing last March 2024 and that was the 4.4 update. And honestly I can’t remember much. But I want to go back and play again. Just a way to decompress after a full work day.

What are the most significant updates/change I should watch out for?

Any tips on the best ways to give myself a refresher?
