I always forget to turn my ringer back on

From what I've read, there is no built-in way to do what I wish I could.

1. Turn off the ringer. Let's say I'm in church.....
2. After a user-defined time, turn the ringer back on, full volume.

There may be a subscription app that will do that for $24 a year. Sorry....no.

Apparently this is possible in Android, but not in iOS. If there is a method, I'd love to hear it.
