AITA for my mom and sister having a huge fight because of my mistake?

So today my sister (33) messaged me (17f) to get her a book needed for her work (she is a teacher in a private institution) she said she cant buy it herself because she leaves work late.

My mom and i were already together so we went to get her book together. I told the guy exactly what i read in the message and even called and texted my sister to ask her if i got the right one and she said "i cant talk in class just get that one) so i did.

She came home around 8 and i went to her room to show her my new haircut (its my first haircut in a year so my hair was so long and i was so exited to show her)

But before i can even show her she said "are you stupid why did you get the wrong one" and i was genuinly shocked because i told the guy whatever she said and thats what he gave me? How was i supposed to know which one is the right one? I said i called you and took a pic of the book and sent it to you just in case but she kept saying she cant look at her phone in class and kept blaming me. And being mean in general

Anyways after a while she came to my room and asked me to show her my hair and tried to make it up to me but i was still too angry by the things she said to be honest. This is the point i can see being in the wrong. I went to our living room and asked her why she cant understand she is in the wrong and she said i was in the wrong too but i genuinly cant see what did i do wrong. Can someone please let me know if i did?

This is where my mom got really angry and they started yelling each other really loud and some words AND objects were thrown. My mom ended up ripping the book apart and my sister went back to her room.

No one said anything is my fault or made me feel like it but i kind of feel like it is since i didnt stop being petty when she came to my room to make it up. I mean things probably wouldnt get this bad if i just let it go. Am i the asshole?
