Getting into Pioneer with Journey of Eternity

I want to get into Pioneer after playing commander for a while and I would love to make a deck centered around Journey of Eternity work. It does not need to be superstrilong but decent at least. My plan is a self mill ramp play into journey to eternity with some sac as additional cost spells. Then some high cost creatures such as arbiter of woe as payoffs for the journey effect. I feel like one main issue is to get journey of Eternity into my hand consistently. Any suggestions for this issue and the deck in general would be highly appreciated
